The cake was beautifully decorated with a hand done ristra. It needed more Chile. Also, why not can it the Chimayo Chile cake
The hand done ristra was very nice. I was hoping for the chile flavor would come through. Kick up the chile and rename it “Chimayo” chocolate cake.
Too much icing and would have like for the chile to have been a bit more spicy
