The Maven is an artisanal bakery that ships delicious baked goods all over the USA and provides scrumptious brunch and pickup options for our local Santa Fe customers. We started 30 years ago baking honey sweetened cinnamon rolls in our home kitchen. Since then we have grown to become an award winning bakery and a “must see” Santa Fe restaurant where customers have a view into the bakery in action.

Who We Are
DELICIOUS AND NATURAL
We never use bleached flour or hydrogenated oils. We serve consciously sourced ingredients in our restaurant, including organic eggs, organic coffee and iced tea and free range meats.
