Tastey Temptation=Green Chili Apple Pie

I have reordered the green chili apple pie! The apples are flavorful; the green chili taste is subtle, but evident. The pie arrives perfectly.

The pies were very delicious as usual!! The only confusion was that I ordered the vegan version and the stickers on the each pie implied they were NOT vegan (that they contained egg). Upon review of the crust, it looked like perhaps the edge circumference had an egg wash but the main lattice top did not. That discrepancy was a little disappointing since I ordered them for my strictly vegan nephew
