Biscochitos
The delicate flavor of anise seeds combines wonderfully with a dusting of cinnamon sugar on a hand cut cookie baked to a perfect soft crisp. The result is truly magical mix of loveliness that is well known in New Mexico but rarely outside. The biscochito is the official state cookie of the State of New Mexico, having developed through the combined cookery of the indigenous people of this land with Spanish and Anglo settlers. We encourage you to try these the traditional way with a cup of hot chocolate, or, if you prefer, right out of the box during rush hour.
Each box contains 16 Biscochitos
