Excellent Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

A true butter cream frosted cake. Enough chocolate flavor to hold up to Expresso .The cake it self is light in texture yet flavorful, the frosting is an enjoyable balance of mouth feel, complex chocolate flavor while not being cloy sweet.

We plan to serve this to our GF guests at our wedding this July, yes, its that good!
