AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP IN SANTA FE ONLY BETWEEN DECEMBER 16th-31st. ORDERS OUTSIDE THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

Chocolate sponge cake rolled with a vanilla Chantilly cream filling, coated with dark chocolate "bark", and adorned with meringue mushrooms, holly leaves, berries, and sugar snow. All gourmet ingredients. A superb and absolutely delicious centerpiece!

Please note that The Chocolate Maven will close at 2:00 pm on December 24th (Christmas Eve) and on December 31st (New Year's Eve). We will be closed all day on both Christmas and New Year's Day.

It was delicious... although not ready at pick up time... the wonderful young lady got us one so we didn't have to wait too long.

SOOOO DELICIOUS BUCHE DE NOEL

This was the first time I had purchased the Buche de Noel but I have had the utmost pleasure of enjoying so many incredible cakes, pies and pastries from Chocolate Maven. The Buche de Noel was beautifully presented. It made such a special centerpiece for our table. The cake was extremely moist and very light. The chocolate icing so smooth and creamy. My dad who is 90 years old even asked for a slice for his breakfast the next morning. We all just loved it! The hit of our Christmas Eve celebration. Thank you for ALWAYS making our holidays and family occasions so memorable!

Absolutely amazing!

My family likes to buy a Buch de Noel every year. This is the first time that the taste was a good as it was pretty. Truly delicious and well worth the cost.

Wonderfully delicious

The Christmas log was wonderful. It gave our meal the perfect end. The cake was scrumptious, chocolate icing rich and satisfying. And Very Pretty. We will be ordering it again next year!
