Because we really like the combination of chocolate with fruits, I requested that this cake be made with chocolate layers. Passionfruit (filling) and lemon (buttercream) are amongst our favorite flavors, and they also were very, very good. The passionfruit filling had a great amount of flavor, and a nice mousse-like texture. Everything was absolutely delicious, stayed fresh under refrigeration for many days, and the look of the cake is just so pretty. (The edible decorative flowers tasted good too.) This was a great success!
